- Condominium sales were own by 16% from last year
- Benchmark pricing for Victoria core:
Single family homes were down by 1.6% to 1,308,100$ from July 2025
Condominiums were down by 1.4% to 551,300$ from July 2025
- There were 3600 active listings for August 2025 on MLS
